– We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.
– To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
– We cannot accept returns of opened or used items for safety and quality reasons.

– The original packing slip (preferred)
– Or a note with your full name, shipping address, and order number
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
What Happens After We Receive Your Return
– All returned items are inspected for seal integrity and condition.
– If accepted, you will receive a full product refund (excluding shipping costs).
– A $1.50 restocking fee per bottle will be deducted from your refund to cover processing.
– Returns that are opened, damaged, or missing key information may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds
– Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable.
